How to Submit a Complaint

On this page, you can easily submit a complaint regarding disputed toll charges. The process is quick, transparent, and designed to provide you with complete information at every step.

1. View a Sample Completed Complaint

To make the process easier, we have prepared an image of the document filled in with example data. Based on this sample, you can see how all the required information should be entered.

2. Download the Form

If a user wishes to dispute the amount charged for tolls via a TAG device, the complaint must be submitted using the prescribed form. This form can be completed at a toll station, at the offices of JP “Putevi Srbije,” or by downloading it from the link provided below:

Note: The deadline for submitting a complaint is 60 (sixty) days. All required information must be entered in the form; otherwise, the request will be rejected as incomplete.

3. Instructions for filling out the form

To ensure your complaint is processed correctly, be sure to enter all requested information:
  • Date and vehicle registration number.
  • Serial number of the TAG device (PAN) from your ENP device.
  • Entry station — the name of the toll station where you entered the motorway.
  • Time and exit station — the exact time (hour and minute) and the name of the toll station where you exited.
  • Disputed amount — the amount in dinars that you believe was charged incorrectly.
  • Note — describe the situation in detail and attach supporting evidence (e.g., a photo of the fiscal receipt if you paid in cash or by card).

4. Deadlines and Processing

  • Deadline for submitting a complaint: 60 days from the date of the disputed trip.
  • Response time from Putevi Srbije: between 15 and 30 days.
If the user disagrees with the response to their complaint/claim, an appeal must be submitted using the prescribed form.
